KARMEL KORN

5 qts. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Mix together: brown sugar, margarine, light corn syrup, and salt. Cook over low heat 5 min. Then add baking soda. Pour over pop corn in a large pan. I use my water bath canner. Put into 250 degrees oven for 45 min. in covered pan. Stir occasionally. Transfer to big bowl to cool. Break up after cool.
