3 cups sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup margarine
1 (7oz) jar marshmallow creme
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a heavy 2 quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil, sitrring constantly. Bring to 238 deg. on a cancy thermometer. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add creme, nuts, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 9x 13" pan. Cool; cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
