COCOA BROWNIES

1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
8 Tlbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 cup shortening
4 unbeaten eggs
1 cup nuts
Place all in bowl together. Mix 3 min. with mixer. Put in greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Test for doneness.

FROSTING

1 stick butter
4 Tblsp. (heaping) cocoa
6 Tblsp. Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
The last 5 min. the brownies are baking  melt butter in a saucepan.  Add cocoa, stir to combine, then turn off heat.  Add the milk, vanilla and powdered sugar.  Stir.  Pour over cake when it comes out of the oven.  Sprinkle with Toffee chips (Heath or Heath with chocolate or Skor crumbs).   Let cool before cutting.
